8/18/08 ...I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Paul and Ken this past week. I replied to Paul's request in his PSS Community Newsletter, for spare computer related items,which PSS uses, to build donatable computers for community efforts. Paul and I hooked up at three diffirent locations to load the items and being of like mind,the operation went quite smoothly. I had minor computer issues and Paul was the victim of the moment. A follow up visit by Ken resolved a couple late breaking glitches.

Unfortunately for me I went to the Geek Squad before finding Perfect Solutions. The Geek Squad came to my house and spent less then 5 minutes on my computer, performing no diagnostics and told me my hard drive was bad and it would take another $600 on top of the the $182for the home visit. I doubted this since I performed diagnostics on the hard drive and it checked out fine. I called Paul and he sent Ken over to check out my computer. Ken performed an hour's worth of diagnostics and then later took my computer back to the shop to run so more intensive diagnostics. Low and behold my hard drive was fine and it was my memory that was the problem. Perfect Solutions saved me and fortune and gave me back a computer that is as good as new. I will always go back to Perfect Solutions for all my computer needs and refer them to anyone who needs computer repairs. I was very impressed with Ken's knowledge of computers and his willingness to answer all my questions. Paul was cognizant of my budget and checked with me before performing any services. He is a true professional and very trustworthy unlike some other computer repair places like I mentioned in the beginning. I will from now on take all my computer issues to Perfect Solutions. Thanks Paul & Ken!

After being totally annoyed and frustrated by the Geek Squad on more than one occasion, a friend of mine referred me to Paul Dawley. What a find! He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was able to fix the problems I was having with my laptop as well as fix the wireless network. My husband needed a new computer, and Paul got us a tremendous deal on a desktop and flat screen monitor. I now only call Perfect Solutions for any of my computer concerns. Both Paul and Ken (who works for Paul) are true professionals in every sense of the word. I value all the qualities they possess, especially their honesty and reliability.

Paul,
Just wanted you to know what a positive experience we had with Ken. We never had to have service like this before so we wary and didn't know what to expect. But he was knowledgeable, adept, thorough, and patient. He didn't make us feel dumb, and he explained everything he was doing in terms we could understand.

So thanks for being there and for send Ken to help us. We hope we won't need your help again, but it is a comfort to know there are people like you out there in case we do. And yes, we will be telling all our relatives and friends what a great job he did.

To Perfect Solutions and Paul:

My husband and I recently moved to Ventnor and after setting up our laptops, found that we had numerous problems with both. We noticed your ad and Ken Rodulfo came the next day and within one hour, he quickly and professionally solved EVERY problem with ease and confidence. He also left instuctions on my desktop so that if one of the problems reoccurs, I can solve it myself. How many computer repairmen offer this additional future help?
We have had dozens of different computer repairmen through the years in various cities we have lived in, some of which were the heads of technology support staff for large corporations and were sent to us as a favor. In almost every case, each spent hours delving with one or two problems, and in some cases left with them unsolved. We have NEVER had a computer techie walk in and completely fix 6 problems in one hour, AND WITH EASE!
We asked him jokingly if he would come to Princeton when we return to our home, when we need future tech help.
We would recommend your company and Ken to everyone.

As we move next week from Ventnor, this is to once again compliment Ken Rodulfo for his expertise in consistently fixing our computer problems with ease and speed. He arrived this morning for various issues we had and again went after each problem and showed us what was wrong and what we needed to do next time for it not to reoccur. In living in numerous cities previously, we know we will not find another Ken no matter where our travels take us.
